Food for my Soul is a commercial kitchen that offers fresh food for pick-up or delivery.  Full-time chef, Benita Naiman, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA. is experienced in the arts of cooking, baking, French Pastries, International Cuisine and specialty platters for corporate meetings, in-flight catering and special occasions.   We are available to partner with you for most events, whether serving your employees and clients, entertaining your guests or just providing healthy meals for your family and friends.
