In-flight Catering

Food for my Soul provides in-flight catering for the private jet industry.  We have a standard menu and we are also available to fulfill your special requests, provided you give us a few hours notice.  Below are photos and product descriptions for some of the items we offer.

 

Note:  Our kitchen is conveniently located within minutes of SBA, on the North side of runway 25, approximately 0.5 miles from the private airport terminals. We can accomodate short lead-time orders without additional charges. 

Specialty platters and appetizers

Deluxe cheese platter.

Deluxe Cheese Platter: Quality Domestic and imported cheese with dried fruit, and berries. Served with a variety of crackers.

Specialty fruit platter

Specialty Fruit Platter: Assortment of seasonal fruits: Melons, berries, tropical fruits and yogurt cup.

Deluxe cheese and fruit

Deluxe Cheese and Fruit Platter: Assortment of seasonal fruits: Dried apricots, fresh berries, grapes, melons. Brie cheese, smoked Gouda, pepper-jack and cheddar.

Vegetable Crudités

Vegetable Crudités Platter: An array of chilled seasonal raw vegetables served with a dipping sauce.

Hispanic Appitizer

Hispanic Appetizer: Guacamole and mango-pineapple salsa served with fresh corn-tortilla chips.

Shrimp Ceviche Style

 Shrimp Ceviche Style:   Poached shrimp, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, finely chopped serrano chili peppers and cilantro marinated in lime juice and served with chips.  (Chili peppers can be ordered on the side.)

Shrimp Cocktail

 Shrimp Cocktail:  Poached shrimp with cocktail sauce, lemon crowns and a garnish.

Entrée Salads

Greek Salad

Cucumber, red onions, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese served on a bed of romaine lettuce with our house vinaigrette dressing.

Chef’s Salad

Green leafy salad with a variety of raw vegetables such as carrots, red onions, cucumber, bell peppers and tomatoes. Topped with turkey, ham and assorted cheeses. Dressing of choice

Garden Deluxe Salad

A variety of raw vegetables such as: carrots, red onions, cucumber, bell peppers and tomato wedges. Garnish with sunflower seeds and dried cranberries served on a bed of leafy greens with choice of dressings. Topped with your choice of sliced grilled chicken or salmon.

Cobb Salad

Sliced grilled chicken, avocado, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, crumbled bacon and blue cheese, egg wedges & served over a crisp bed of greens with your choice of dressing.

Grilled Chicken or Salmon Caesar Salad

Shredded Parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing. Topped with your choice of sliced grilled chicken or salmon.

 

Spinach Salad

White mushrooms, red onions, cherry tomatoes and avocado garnish with crumbled bacon and blue cheese on a bed of baby spinach. Can be requested with our balsamic vinaigrette reduction or dressing of choice. Topped with your choice of sliced grilled chicken or salmon.

Breakfast box includes an individual box of cereal, milk, fresh cup of fruit, choice of vanilla or strawberry yogurt, freshly baked bagel with butter, cream cheese and assorted jams.

 

Traditional Continental Breakfast
Breakfast box includes a cup of fresh fruit salad, fresh squeezed orange juice, bagel, pastry, and muffin. Butter and Jam.

 

Deluxe Continental Breakfast

Breakfast box includes a bowl of fresh fruit salad, cottage cheese with honey and granola on the side, fresh orange juice or milk, choice of box cereal and choice of vanilla or strawberry yogurt parfait.

Grilled Breast of Chicken

Sliced chicken breast topped with provolone cheese, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, sliced onions and honey mustard on Ciabatta style bread.

 

Smoked Turkey Breast

Sliced deli smoked turkey-breast topped with provolone cheese, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and honey mustard on Ciabatta style bread.

 

Albacore Tuna Salad

Albacore tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tomatoes and lettuce, cheese and bread of choice. Wheat, white or sourdough bread

 

Roast Beef

Sliced lean roast beef, mayonnaise, mustard, tomatoes, onions, pepperoncinis, lettuce, cheese and bread of choice. Wheat, white or sourdough bread

 

Ham and cheese

Honey baked ham, cheese of choice, mayonnaise, mustard, onions, tomatoes and lettuce. Wheat, white or sourdough bread

 

Grilled Vegetarian

Mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, roasted red bell peppers, basil, red onions, balsamic dressing with salt and pepper served on Ciabatta bread.

 

Submarine

Mayonnaise, mustard, salami, capicolla, ham, mortadella, Swiss or American cheese, pepperoncinis, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions drizzled with our vinaigrette dressing served on a French bread.

 

Lunches include chips, seasonal fruit and a cookie.

Entrée Selection

Entrees include your choice of mashed potato, sauté red bliss with parsley, sauté fingerling potato with garlic and herb or buttery pasta with garlic and herb; seasonal steamed vegetables, fresh fruit or a garden salad with assorted dressings.

 

Roast Pork Tenderloin

With mango salsa or fresh-made apple sauce.

 

Grilled Salmon

Served with pineapple-mango salsa.

 

Grilled Chicken Breast

With mango chutney.

 

Grilled Rib-eye Steak

Au-Jus.
